Greetings from Tel Aviv, where we’re sheltering in place as the war rages around us. There is a LOT to discuss, and I plan to do so here when I have a few minutes to collect my thoughts and say something hopefully insightful and meaningful. We are unharmed, hoping for a quick end, and praying for the safety of all innocent people.

Right now, work must continue, and so I am here to get back to the business of cookbooks: My new one, Zariz, is coming out in just under 8 weeks, and I am excited.
