If you’ve been in my orbit for a while, you’ve seen fizzy, sparkling seltzer drinks known as Gazoz on my feed. They’re made by Benny Briga, a magical, mystical, human being who lives in Tel Aviv and about 10 years ago opened a tiny shop in the city’s Florentine Market and started creating those gorgeous drinks.
