For the past 15 years I have been coauthoring books with incredibly inspiring, creative people in the food world. It’s how I learned to write my own books, and I still love it. Occasionally in this newsletter,

I’ll share the story of a collaboration I loved and learned from, and that inspired me. 

If you’ve been in my orbit for a while, you’ve seen fizzy, sparkling seltzer drinks known as Gazoz on my feed. They’re made by Benny Briga, a magical, mystical, human being who lives in Tel Aviv and about 10 years ago opened a tiny shop in the city’s Florentine Market and started creating those gorgeous drinks.
