A Trip to the Olive Harvest at Rish Lakish...
and a gift box that supports Israeli agriculture.
On a sunny October day we drove up along a short gravel path at Rish Lakish olive oil to find trees heavy with pomelos and lemons. On a nearby table, fresh picked olives sat salt-curing in the sun under a heavy canvas tarp. A simple patio adorned with old chairs and a table hedges a half-empty cup of coffee, and then we heard the voice of Ayala Noy Meir, the founder of Rish Lakish.
